 What makes someone a good driver is how they take intiative about the situation their in at any given moment. Paying attention to surroundings and continuously scanning about around you are good tips as well. You never know what might be going on if you don't pay attention and if you're driving and you don't pay attention then you may end up severely hurt or maybe even dead. Driving safe instead of showing of is a good technique too, you don't want to try and show of to your friends then you and you're car is in critical condition and you can't do anything about it. Driving while talking on the phone is a bad habit because you can get distracted and you might hit someone then you'll be in an accident. The most important thing while driving on the road is PAY ATTENTION!
